Brodbeck Product Warranty

Brodbeck warrants their products to be free of defects in material or workmanship.

Warranty Coverage

3-Year Warranty from the date of purchase under normal use and service by the original purchaser. Wear items (i.e. platen, work table, wheels, etc.) have a 90-day warranty from the date of receipt.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover defects due directly or indirectly to:

• Alterations or modifications of the product
• Damage from misuse, abuse, or improper maintenance
• Freight and packing costs
• Heated or ground tools
• Normal wear and tear
• Use of the product for purposes other than intended

Customer Responsibilities

• Maintain and lubricate the product under normal operating conditions, at all times.
• Review and follow all instructions, manuals, cautions, and warnings prior to operation. Failure to follow instructions will void warranty coverage.

Warranty Service

Brodbeck obligation is limited solely to the repair or replacement (at our option) of any covered part that proves inoperable, either at our factory or through an authorized repair agent.

How to File a Claim

• Contact customer service to obtain a Return Goods Authorization (RGA#).
• Once you have your RGA#, return the product to according to the instructions provided.
  Please note: All shipping and return expenses associated with warranty claims are the responsibility of the purchaser.
• Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.

Limitation of Liability

This warranty is the purchaser's exclusive remedy against Brodbeck for any inoperable parts in its products. Under no circumstances will Brodbeck be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of profits) related to the use or inability to use the product.
